"I have only used t he headphones once so far. I use it not for gaming but for my cell phone. The antenna piece close to my mouth is a bit too sensitive as it picks up my breathing and ricochets it and can disrupt conversation (no one likes to hear themselves breathing!). I may take it off and try it that way"

"The online service is poor and always sending me in bad direction and that seems to be their stategy, I wanted to cancel an order just minutes after ordering and they replied they could do nothing and tells me to make a return and pay for the return shipping cost, the product mentionned compatible with xbox controller but i can barely hear the sound, its a complete disaster. To add to my frustration, i bought these because of a 40% discount in a tim hortons promotion just to realize they gave 40% on 159. 99$ but the cost on amazon is 104$ so its a fake discount i dont remember having such a bad experience with any company before.
