"Dear Skullcandy Team, My initial experience with the Sesh ANC Active was positive, the sound quality and fit met my expectations. However, that impression didn’t last. After just one charge, essentially one day of use, the right earbud stopped working and does not “wake up” when removed from the case. This is especially frustrating given that my previous pair, Mod, also failed, and I already paid out of pocket to return that product under warranty. I understand that defects can happen with any product. However, when they do, especially repeatedly and so quickly, it is reasonable to expect the company to make it right. Being asked to pay return shipping again for another defective product does not feel like a fair or customer focused solution. While the product showed promise initially, the reliability issues and warranty experience have left me disappointed overall. Sincerely, Dave"
