"After a few months after purchase, the plastic that joins the ear piece to the headband unraveled on both sides. The one you just sent us was a replacement. My wife and I were very disappointed. On top of that it cost us 25 dollars to ship the old headset back to you!!!"

Plus points include being incredibly light, fantastic noise canceling ability and having a wonderfully warm, rich sound. They also look very stylish and cool.
