I did not receive the good product

"I ordered the dime evo and I received the Hesh headphones. So I’d need to send the phone back to ask for a refound then repurchase the phone. But to do so, I need to pay the sending…. On the top of that, they do not have a customer service, only IA bot…. Very disappointing…."

I’ve been using them for

"I’ve been using them for a week so far. Before these I had Indy Evo (for more than 5 years) beside a few others. To my view here are cons: 1) Physical buttons instead of touch controls 2) Even though they sound good out of the box some people will need to adjust the EQ Pros: 1) Possibility to adjust the EQ 2) Tiny size 3) Good sound 4) Good mic quality 5) Good controlled stay aware mode 6) Battery life"

The sound quality is good,

"The sound quality is good, but the problem is that they keep coming out of my years and when I try to put them back in I always press the buttons on either ear pod and that is very annoying. I had to switch the one press setting to none"

"Reslly good product, seems to have some compatibility issues with iphone. Sound quality will occasionally drop drastically and wont fix until earbuds are completely disconnected. The eatbuds also ping while in the charging case even though theyre visibly charging. Despite those two strange issues, theyre comfy with good quality and theyre slick, the awareness mode is pretty great too!"

"I had a pair previously and set them back under warranty replacement due the fact they stopped auto connecting to my phone. Got the new pair and same thing is happening. I'd send them back but I use them often and not sure I want to wait another 2 weeks again waiting for another replacement under warranty."
