"This has been the worst product experience I’ve ever had. I bought my first Dime 3 at Best Buy, and it failed within two months. To claim the warranty, I had to pay $20 just to ship it to Skullcandy. I received the replacement in May 2026, and now, only a few months later in September, this one has failed as well. Two failures in under a year, plus out‑of‑pocket costs for a warranty claim, extremely disappointing."

They fall out of my
"They fall out of my ears easily, it doesn’t matter what size of earbud I use. Ive even tried other earbuds that grip better but none of it really works. I have to adjust them or push them back in like every other minute. Other than that I have no complaints."

Earbuds themselves are fine. Two
"Earbuds themselves are fine. Two sizes of the rubber plugs are so close in size, I have to measure, which isn't ideal. Also, putting them in the case doesn't automatically charge them or turn them off. Taking them out of the case doesn't automatically turn them on. These two parts are the most frustrating. I do appreciate that the button on the earbuds isn't as hard to press as the Dime Evo buttons, and I don't have issues with static shocking me."
After 6 years of using
"After 6 years of using an old pair my new pair is much better quality and they have improved so much over the course of time. Not only are they easier to use but the only ones that actually fit in my ear ."
