Made in the mountains.
Jake Burton Carpenter spent more than four decades advancing snowboard design and fighting for lift access for snowboarders at resorts around the world. Skullcandy was born on one of those chairlifts with a snowboard (probably a Burton) strapped to our founder’s feet. Without Burton, snowboarding would not be what it is today. In a way, Skullcandy might not be either.
Our connection with Burton runs deeper than a chairlift. We’re moving in the same direction, always on the road less traveled. You can’t push the boundaries by blending in, and you can’t strut your naughty nature without finding the edge and stepping over. These limited edition Mod earbuds celebrate the fierce energy you find when you venture far from the beaten path. They aren’t for everybody. If they were, we wouldn’t have made them.
Big ideas, bigger personalities.
We don’t just share a philosophy, we share athletes who drive progress in their sport and their community. Olympic Gold Medalist Anna Gasser is a perfect example. The 3-time female snowboarder of the year says she pushes her limits “to inspire millions of girls to follow their dreams.”
A cheetah with chops.
Pair your earbuds to two devices at once with Multipoint Pairing. If your phone rings while you’re watching a movie on your laptop, your connection will switch so you can take the call. Plus, the Mod charging case is super-compact and easy to carry, with enough juice for a multi-day backcountry tour.
Meet the fam.
Connect with your wild side. Our special-edition Naughty Nature colorway Burton Mod earbud is joined by a couple best buds — adventure-ready Push Active earbuds and Crusher Evo headphones with adjustable sensory bass.
