·  Didn’t break them, but your headphones aren’t working? It might be a manufacturing defect.

Let’s solve it. Here's a summary of how the process works:
1. Pick which claim best applies to your situation.
2. Identify the issue you’re experiencing with the product.
3. Send the defective product our way. We will check it out and let you know if we have any questions.
4. Within 5 business days of receiving your product, you’ll get an email with a voucher code for the appropriate value.
5. Redeem your voucher on Skullcandy.ca, receive your package and get back to your music - high fives all around.

What happens next?
Once your warranty claim has been processed and verified, we will send you an email containing your coupon code and instructions on how to use it (only valid on Skullcandy.ca). Please allow up to 5 business days from the time we receive your product for your warranty to be processed.
